UK Mainland Delivery

All paper printed products such as flyers, posters, banners and business cards include FREE UK Mainland Delivery generally via DPD courier services. Products are printed to order whether personalised or not, and delivered within a 6 – 10 working day period, when ordered before 3.00pm Monday – Friday (excludes bank holidays). If email approval is required on product(s), delivery time is from date and time of customers email approval.

Shipping on all garment printed products such as t-shirts, bags and hoodies are based on size and weight of the cart total and generally delivered via Royal Mail. They are printed to order whether personalised or not, and delivered within a 6 – 10 working day period, when ordered before 3.00pm Monday – Friday and will depend on stock availability. If email approval is required on personalised product(s), delivery time is from date and time of customers email approval. 

Once your order is dispatched you will also receive a dispatch email with tracking details, if applicable. You can also check the status and track your order by logging into your account dashboard

If you require an order quicker, please contact us before placing an order and we will try our best to arrange a shorter production/delivery time, which may incur additional charges.

Delivery Outside of UK Mainland

Shipping outside Mainland UK is not currently available.

1. DELIVERY TIME AND TERMS

(a) Time for delivery is given as accurately as possible but is not guaranteed. The Customer shall have no right to damages or to cancel the order for failure for any cause to meet any delivery time stated.

(b) The date of delivery shall in every case be dependent upon prompt receipt of all necessary information, final instructions or approvals being obtained from the Customer. Alterations by the Customer in design, specifications or quantities required may result in delay in delivery and adjustment of the pricing.

(c) Failure by the Customer to take delivery of or to make payment in respect of any one or more installments of goods delivered hereunder shall entitle the Company to treat the whole contract as repudiated by the Customer.

(d) We will endeavor to comply with reasonable requests by the customer for postponement of delivery but shall be under no obligation to do so.
