Email Proofing

Products that are available with with an optional email proof allow you to preview your personalised product via email, before it is printed. We especially recommend requesting an email proof if you have specified changes from our original designs, adding your own logos or changing print positions. Once you have received an email proof, you can further amend the design, until you are happy, without additional charges.

We aim to send an email proof within 2 working days of a completed order, please check your spam email first if you haven’t received an email proof.

No Proof Required
If you choose not to receive an email proof you agree that all information given is correct, and you are responsible for the information relating to the personalisation of your chosen product. Any typos, incorrect personal details or misspelt or case settings are the responsibility of the customer. We accept no responsibility for incorrect information supplied when ordering a personalised product.

Email Proof Required
You agree to be sent an emailed proof, showing the personalisation you have supplied. You must reply to the email proof, confirming all information is correct and you are happy for us to print your order. Once an approval email is received your product will go straight into print production and cannot be changed further. We accept no responsibility for incorrect information supplied by the customer after an order has been approved for print. Production and delivery time is from date of customers approval email.
